• Cheese Presentation - European and domestic cheese displayed with gourmet crackers.
• Fruit - Freshly sliced exotic fruits, melons, strawberries, grapes, and pineapple. A wonderful seasonal collection.
• Marinated Vegetables with Feta Cheese - A colorful display of blanched and raw vegetable marinated in our special house Italian dressing with Feta cheese crumbles. A terrific alternative to the ordinary cut vegetable tray.
• Antipasto - Genoa and Cotta Salami, variety cheeses, baby corn, artichokes, marinated mushrooms, peppers, okra, banana pepper rings, marinated cauliflower, marinated Brussels sprouts.
