I wanted to give you feedback on the Thanksgiving meal that was prepared for
our group on Thursday, November 17.
The gentleman that set up the luncheon, was prompt and courteous.
The food was set up at 11:00 and we ate at 11:30. The food was warm and
delicious. I asked the staff what they thought and everyone responded that
it was very good.
I want you to know that the next time we are looking to have a luncheon, we
will be calling on you again.

"We hired Personal Touch for our wedding reception for a hearty appetizer buffet. Our guests keep raving about the food three weeks later!!! They had enough to eat, but the food did disappear. Akhila was great to the groom and I, saving us a plate with a bit of everything on it while we were out taking photos. I especially recommend the beef tenderloin and smoked salmon. The only recommendation we have for Personal Touch: stock the open bar deeper and if you run out of a bunch of drinks during the party, at least replenish some. We ran out of beer, red wine, tequilla, and TONIC. We are a group of partiers but nothing extreme. Our NY and NJ guests loved the Buffalo Trace Bourbon. "

Akhila and Dawnelle went to great lengths to create a wonderful layout of delicious samples, including smoked salmon with caviar, filet mignon and marinated shrimp. "Personal Touch Catering created a "Suicide by Fudge" cake for a function
that the Cabinet for Health and Family Services had recently. The cake was
indeed a masterful creation which showed the pride in workmanship and skill
of the creator. It was a big hit with everyone who saw it. I only wish I
could have tasted it!!
I will indeed use Personal Touch Catering for my own personal functions.
